Hello, I'm Rachel

Growing up immersed in sports and physical activity, my passion for nutrition started when I became aware of the profound impact that nutrition had on physical performance.
Whilst studying for my BSc degree in Psychology at the University of Sheffield and volunteering at South Yorkshire Eating Disorder Association, I gained unique perspective on not only the physiological effects of nutrition, but also the psychological effects, which ultimately led to my studies at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
I have also spent over seven years in the corporate world with experience in coordinating corporate wellness initiatives which target the dynamic interplay between physiological and psychological health and nutrition.
Comprehensive Dietary Analysis
Based on a 7-day food diary, we take a deep dive into your dietary habits. In this one-off 45 minute consultation we will discuss macro and micronutrient intake and absorption, identifying any deficiencies or imbalances in accordance with your individual goals, health status and lifestyle. You will also be provided with tools you can take away to help you navigate your nutritional needs.

60 Day 360 Nutritional Therapy Programme
In addition to a comprehensive dietary analysis, an initial 1 hour consultation will be based on a thorough, pre-populated health questionnaire assessing your goals, health status, health concerns, any presenting symptoms, medications, supplements, family history and lifestyle. This will help us identify any causes or contributors to your health challenges and/or concerns, which we will address through mutually agreed, personalised dietary, nutraceutical and lifestyle interventions. This plan includes:
